It can be hard to talk about what's troubling you, usually for fear of what others may think. Whether it's problems with work, relationship issues or maybe feeling things are getting on top of you - talking about your issues and sharing them with others can often be difficult.  Now there's an online service to help you do just that.  It's called Big White Wall and provides free, confidential help and support 24/7.  On bigwhitewall.com you are anonymous. You can share what's on your mind with like-minded people who have similar experiences, safe in the knowledge your identity is protected.  Also, on bigwhitewall.com there are trained staff called Wall Guides, who will provide help and support at any time.  So, whatever you find to talk about, logon to www.bigwhitewall.com for safe, anonymous support at a time that suits you.
