Veterans

Part of the RFCAs’ remit is to build on existing links with veteran’s organisations and create new ones in part to develop their potential as additional conduits for recruitment.

This involves ensuring that these organisations are aware of the Volunteer Reserve units in the region and exploring ways of enlisting their pro-active support - particularly with regard to the opportunities that exist for rejoins and ex-Regular recruitment.

Each RFCA County Committee has spaces on it that are reserved for Veteran Members to represent their organisations, if you would like to find outmore about how your organisation can work with the RFCA, please use the contact box on the left hand side or call us on 0115 9248628.

Ex-Services Association

East Midlands RFCA is proud to be a part of the Derbyshire and District Ex-Services Association, as well as the driving force behind the Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire Veterans Committees.

These groups comprise of representatives of the majority of the Ex-Service Associations and Ex-Service Charities within their regional boundaries and act as a direct link between the current serving Forces communities and their relevant Veteran Organisations.
