The Estate Management Department in the RFCA is responsible for running an estate of 400 buildings on 155 sites across the Region. As well as maintaining the infrastructure the department provides the utilities, furnishings and, in the case of the Army Cadet Force, the vehicle fleet. The 7 members of staff are trained to high standards and work to all modern building practices. They provide the Health and Safety at Work expertise across the RFCA. The overall business of the Department has a capital value of £6M and revenue budget of £2M per year.
